Misleading and de*****ing the client

I am very disappointed by blue label connect representatives,i took a contract phone and specifically told Them that I'm getting paid on the 15th of each month but they deducted on the 5th of each month,just yesterday they debited twice inconveniencing me and my children again,i don't want anything to do with them I'm going to cancel and stop their debit order period
