Mislead customers

I was phoned by 1 of their agents and mislead that I will get a laptop on contract, 2 days later they delivered a cell phone. The bad part is that it is a old school phone that the battery is still outside.

The same day off the delivery I phoned them and advised them. They listened to the calls and apologise that I was mislead by the agent. It is 3 weeks now and I have called several times for them to collect the device but no collection is happening.

I won't call again. Guys please be aware of these companies that sound so good. Their service is *** and I will not make business with them again. Come get your device you will not debit my account.
