I took a contract with blue label connect, my phone fell and broke the screen, they booked it in that was in January, received it back in March, I paid 600 for repairs, they I switched it on it didn't switch on, I called blue label many times, sent numerous emails to their customer care, got no help, up to today 11/12/2024y phone is not working

They don't reply to emails or call you back, I regret taking out this contract with them
