Good day last year i got a contract with them when the phone came it was a cheap R699 phone for R419 pm so i phoned them repeatetly for a week then they eventually sent someone 2 weeks later to pick it up we did it infront of CCTV cameras then i logged a complaint here and the said i must email certain this and i did that an we are in April and its still not off my name now the consultant tells me there was no sim i must pay R419. I will not I put everything in the box so i will be contacting the NCR the onbudsman and each and every newspaper that is willing to listen with all my proof and also social media platforms that thing mus be off my credit report asap or i will go full nueclear on blue label as they are cheating and ****ming people please get back to me asas please get that thing off my name its its 7 months later and still on my name i would like an CEO TO CONTACT ME AS THIS IS *****
