****med by Blue label connect agent with monthly charge on RCS card

I received a call from an Agent saying they calling on behalf of RCS to give me a voucher of R500, i asked multiple times if there is a catch he said no and i will receive my voucher shortly. instead of receiving the voucher i see a charge went of my account of R200 with me not signing or agreeing to any monthly fee... Please can you remove this subscription and add the R299 as i dont need any money going of my card. as the agent said the call is recorded, please go and check the recording from Thursday 3rd April. Please cancel this immediately.
