Listed on credit bereau without receiving a phone-follow up.

Good day,can I please have an update on my query. Just to recap, I am listed on the credir beareau with a balance of R3800.00 but i have never received a cell phone. You previously asked that i write an affidavit and send it together with my certified copy. All that has been done, a week ago you mentioned that my documents were received and you are waiting for feedback from debtors department. Can i please have an update. Thanks.
