late response taking time to respond

my name is Angel Ndlovu i was ****** last week saturday my phone with a sim card now i have been phoning RMCS since i have a contract with them to do a sim swipe i have phoned them for like three times already i left a massage on saturday to phone me because they said the people that do a sim swipe are not there but they will contact me on monday and today i phone them twice and they havent rep****, i dont know if its negligent or what.....
