Today I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Theboko and Sbongiseni.

It seems that you are in the business of telecoms so that you can learn the art of communication because it is apparent that there is none in your company.

I transferred data to client of yours on a BRAND NAME TELECOMS contract. It seems that you will use every gangster move possible to ensure that the value of the data is reduced ...... from a 7 day restriction on data validity to staff that refuse to give relevant contact details for resolving grievances.

I am certain this is contrary to the spirit of the latest ICASA rulings on data and if you haven't worked it out yet this is bad economics for your company too.

I would like my issue addressed and I would like my gifted data bundle to be used in the spirit that it was intended , that is with a 30 day validity . I gave it generously and you Ebenezer Scrooged it and that is not right or fair. Please fixed this urgently.

The BRAND NAME TELECOMS COMPANY has generously tried to fix this for me but it would be nice if the fix was for the person who really needed it.
