ITC not updated

I have paid my 24 months cell phone contract for 26 months but only to find that the information at credit bureau says last time I paid this account was October 2019. I was surprised being denied credit everywhere. when I told them they just said we'll fix it not even an apology for damage they did to my life and guess what it's still not fixed.
