ITC listing after canceling contract

Everyone i repeat, beware or stay away from Blue Label connect, my mom canceled her contract and they charged her a penalty fee that didn't even made sense but she still paid it, after 6 months of canceling her contract and paying the penalty fee they went ahead and listed her on ITC saying she hasn't paid her installments for the past 6 months, what nonsense is that because she canceled her contract and even paid the penalty fee. People please look for other telecoms companies and stay away from Blue Label.
