Irritated.

This is my 2nd review of this company. After receiving an email from them telling me they'll help me cancel my contract and I furnished them with more details as to why I want to end the contract. The phone I'm paying is the worst phone I've ever dealt with. Hardly works, is very slow and has a very bad battery life. That was 5 days ago and nothing more has been said and I've emailed then twice but still get the same automated response that they'll call me back within 24 hours.
