Incorrect Phone delivered Misled by Sales Agent

Worst Experience I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent order. I specifically requested a Samsung A55, but I received a ZTE Blade A55 instead. This is not the phone I wanted, and I believe I was misled by the sales agent. I spoke with Nakita, Sales Agent to cancel the contract call reference(***), about this issue. Please arrange for the incorrect phone to be collected as soon as possible. If you cannot provide the Samsung A55, I would like to cancel the contract. Nomsa Mashike
