Incorrect airtime amount
Another challenge is that they always send me sms stating that I have been recharged with R50 airtime whereas they they only give me R15 airtime.I would like them to correct that as well.

Kindly note that we have conducted an investigation of your airtime usage and as per your usage report, you are indeed receiving R50 airtime and 25 SMSs.
We also noticed that you have a recurring data bundle of 250MB that uses R35 from the airtime we recharge you with every month.
We strongly suggest that you cancel/unsubscribe from that recurring data plan as it is the reason why it seems like you are receiving R15 airtime.
