Inconvenienced by RMCS

My vodamom cell number went off all of a sudden, could not receive calls or make calls, i thought my sim card was faulty. I then went to vodacom for a sim swap, i was told my number was converted to a contract by either edgars or jet (RMCS) i was amazed because i have never signed up for a contract let alone having a clothing account with them. I went to jet since vodacom was not able to help me, at jet i was told to call them I've been trying to call them but im not getting any assistance. I need my number to work and to be changed back to prepaid ***. Please assist me hello peter. My email address is *** thank you
