Incompetency at it very best

The partnership between Blu Label and African Bank on their Tech Deal is misleading and deceiving people as it is false advertising. People are made to believe that the twin deal price advertised is for 2 devices, until the product is delivered and find that only 1 device is delivered. When you inquire about the other device , you are send from pillar to post. The two entities speak two different things that contradict each other. Very disappointing.
