In March I app**** for the phone online. Blackoverview Rugged, on the delivery date they brought HTC wildfire 6+ which is worth R599.00 value and I have been debited for the past 3 months R479.00 which is a rip-off. According to the value of the phone I wanted which is the Black overview was R7k+ which I was supposed to be debited for. However I'm debited for Black overview yet using HTC which is low in space 32GB, poor quality camera, very slow and limited features. I have made many calls where case after case have been opened but till today nothing has been done. Therefore, I'm pleading with Hello Peter to intervene in this matter to help me because I've been taken to pillar to post without any positive response, yet, R479.00 is debited in my account every month 😔💔
