In Blue Lable Connect is *****ing

Good Day I have a big problem with In Blue Lable Connect. I take out a cellphone contract with them. On the 13 of April 2018 I received my phone they said I must call them to activated the simcard because I get airtime and free minits Since then until now they deducted every month the amount of 299.00 from my bank account. I tried to called them ever since to sort it out but nothing. They put a block on my bank account so that I cant reverse the money so am paying for something that I cant used now no airtime and no phone. I phone them everyday but they don't come back to me. I even mailed them. The number I have is 011 - ********** and 011 - ********** and ********** . They busy *****ing my money and I don't know what to do. My number is ********** .
