i'll like to put a compliant about RMCS I did my sim swap on the 23 of August 2018 until today the 03 September my sim card is not working. every time I call their call center they keep on telling me that someone will call me. last week ive sent a email to ********** until now I don't have any answer. card number: ********** ********** 07297 cell number: ********** 868. Last week Wednesday my ref number was: 180 ********** 166 last week Thursday they gave me another one which is 180 ********** 367.
