******* company that *****s people's information and change prepaid nunbers ti contract without your consent

Hi. I urgently need help with this rmcs that i dont even know how i ended up on a cellphone contract with then. I have been trying to do a sim swop on my vodacom number but vodacon consultants tell me they are not able to assist me as my number is not a prepaid but on contract with rmcs. I have never in my life subscribed to any cellphone contact and the next step from here is to hand over to my lawyers so they can sort out this mess and change my number back to prepaid as i cannot live like this.
