Im not sure if you running a circus or what but Im beyond disgusted by the level of incompetency i have been receiving from your useless staff,you'll called and offered me a phone and gave me wrong info and your ll didn't send any information thereafter,i had to call in to get the relevant info only to find out that i was sold J3 Sumsung for R299 in 2019???? I CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY 2 weeks ago only to findout today when i called to follow up on my cancellation,that it has not been done till now and im being pushed from this person to that person,what nonsense is this????? i want this cancelled today and I DARE YOU TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT and i will expose your stupid company on all social networks and media,so you know i have reported you to my bank and put a stop to any debit order you might try.YOU *******,YOU SELL US FALSE PHONES,I WILL REPORT YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
