I WANT MY PHONE NUMBER BACK

When I called Vodacom my number from Prepaid was just moved over from RMCS to contract of R55 airtime per month, I have never ever signed a contract or requested a contract ever from these people now my phone is not working at all??? I want my number back immediately this is a work sim card and number and we are loosing customers because of you.... this is appalling. I want my phone number corrected TODAY.. ********** 724
