I WANT MY NUMBER BACK RMCS

I'm so disgusted at the service I recieved from RMCS and the fact that they put a airtime contract in my name without my consent is absolutely disgusting now I want to do a sim swop because my phone was ****** I can't because of this damn contract that was open from last year and I called Vodacom and the said it's not them it's RMCS and they put me through to them and they apologise I was promised it will be cancelled and only to find up until today it's not cancelles. Please can one of your agents call me so I can ****** do a sim swop I need my number back. Because I've been trying to call RMCS and I never get through. Or please send me a Authorisation email so I can give Vodacom so they do the sim swop. Please call on ***. or Email on ***. *** is the number I was using and you guys put this contract I never agree to or sign up For I'm so angry.
