I took out a 12 month contract with them for a LTE which they were supposed to load data every month but their product worked for the first month then after the first month they never loaded the data anymore but they were debiting my account every month

I took out a 12 month contract with them for a LTE which they were supposed to load data every month but their product worked for the first month then after the first month they never loaded the data anymore but they were debiting my account every month. I've tried calling them but they keep referring me to another number which no one picks up when I call and they never respond to emails..i also tried blocking them on my banking app but somehow they are still debiting me.. The are ****mers
