I OWE RMCS R879 717.88

I recently damaged my sim card and needed to do a sim swap. I went Vodacom and the told me I needed to get approval from RMCS in order to do a sim swap because the own my number. I have had the same number for over ten years and it has always been prepaid. I approached Edgars and they told me that I have a CONTRACT with this RMCS. I have not give any consent to changing my PREPAID sim to a contract with RMCS. According to Vodacom I owe RMCS R879 717.88 for this supposed contract which was activated 29-04-2015. I use my sim for business purposes because I am a small business owner. I need this cancelled!!! Vodacom nor Edgars can seem to explain how I owe them this ridiculous sum of money. And To top it all off Edgars has no evidence of me having a contract with these people on any of my statements. Their call center is always busy and I need this resolved. I refused to be another victim of this RMCS nonsense.
