I DO NOT OWE YOU A SINGLE CENT
I am out of words to explain how angry I am with Blue Connect, My issue has not been resolved even up to now. Round about 8H35 I received a call from debt collectors calling me regarding my outstanding balance with Blue Label, Molebatsi from Alliance call centre services called me for my outstanding balance from Blue Label Connect and I do not owe Blue Lable Connect a single cent. I really need this to be sorted ASAP. Blue label does not seem to care about people other than their company, My name needs to be cleared here and this is affecting my credit record.

This is really frustrating. Why was my name handed over to debt collectors in the first place while I do not owe blue label ?

28 Mar 2024, 13:01Cellphone was delivered on the 07th December 202 and I called on the 8th December 2021 that I would like to return the cellphone and cancelled contract. I was advise that the cellphone will be collected. I waited until March and that is when the cellphone was collected. 2yrs later I am still getting calls from debt collectors as if I owe you money.. When will this ever end. Why is my issue not taken serious by this company. Is this what you do to all your clients. All you care about is to rip us off our money for your lies,
