I cannot cancel a contract i never took out...

I suddenly became an account holder of vodacom from being a prepaid customer, without signing anything. in the process, i lost my talking points , and my caller line identity. i have called vodacom, rmcs, elite moblie and a couple of other unkown companies trying to cancel this mysterious account. eventually someone somewhere managed to cancel it.. now i got a new sms welcoming me as a new customer for a 49s, and i am starting all over again. <br> <br> EDGARS !!
