Hunted for account not opened

My mother was led to believe that she won a phone worth R20 000. She then did not trust the situation and did not respond with any information as it was requested from her to pay R30 for a delivery for something she won. Now she is getting sms's from HTN Atourneys regarding Blue Label Connect 2nd account which she never opened or recieved and sim or hardware.
