Horrible service
I lost my phone and I am trying to get a Sim swap because the ******s are busy using my phone contacts demanding and threatening them. I must wait for 24hrs to get documents, fill them in and send them back to do a Sim swap. Without my knowledge my number is no longer with cell C. I am so terrified.

I took out a a once off top up airtime of r78, your agent was supposed to call me again to to let him know if I want to continue with it or not and he fooled me in the name of Edgars.
