Horrible service

On May 2024 i found a company called blue label connect online they were selling phones and I decided to contact the buy a new phone from them at first things were okay with the company up until i had problems with the phone then the issue started to began,the phone started having issues around October and i send them an email regarding my issues they didn’t reply back I had to call them and let them know they said it will be collected by the courier company even now February 2024 the phone is still in my ownership.I called today to get an update with the phone collection the lady I spoke to said that on their system it says that the phone has gone for repairs,I told the lady with which phone may I ask?then she went on the system again and said oh no we have a problem with our system sorry 😞 the guy’s will come collect the phone on Wednesday my apologies.meanwhile they are busy debating the phone for 4 months.I will not recommend this company to anyone
