Horrible service

I lost my phone on the 28th of May I contacted RMCS because I wanted to do a sim swap and they told me that their admin will contact me but it beeen 3 weeks now and no one has contacted me. They gave me this reference no: ********** 523995 .I don't know why Edgars is giving this people our numbers without our permission and what annoys me the most is that I never signed for any contract people assist me to get my number back.
