Horrible Service

I have a contract through Spice Telecom, but my network provider is through Blue Label Connect, my connection was switch off for no reason as my account is paid on time every month!!! They keep switching me to other technicians and still no answer! Account Holder is Thorn de Bruyn Mtn simcard ********** 787

I demand answers or i will be taking this matter futher!
