horrible phones

I received a HTC almost 3 months back two days after I have received my phone the top part did not want to touch nore swipe , phone never fell. I called the number and was promised a pick up till now am still waiting come month end they will deduct the R400 and here am struggling with a brand new second hand junk. I was promised yet again a pick up latest yesterday and nothing .this is a breach if our contract I pay for a good service but if I don't get that I can rather cancell with you guys and there are alot of bad reviews about you if I only knew am changing my bank ACC and getting my lawyer to sort this issue out
