Helping plea

I still have problems with blue label connect company they rep**** saying they will solve the problem with them .and yesterday they promised to send be the recoding between myself and contactor and now they are tell me they won't and can't cancel the contract until I pay 6000 .They want to return the phone which was returned to them within a month they gave it to me .I need help because I am currently blind and I feel they are taking advantage of me as their client.my score is going down because they get into my bank and bounce every time.I want them to clear this contract now I don't want their phone anymore because they lie to me each and every time.i even requested the recoding more than 7 times n they tell me if invalid every time I am really tired of all of this so please help me out.
