Harassing people

I have been receiving numerous calls and I have requested them kindly to delete my number but it’s not stopping,they call I answer and drop and numerous sms I told them I’m not interested I have no idea how or who used my number but no harassment is the game the know I’m no longer answering calls with 011 number
