Great experience so far, Keep up the great work.

Firstly I would like to say keep up the good work for the Blue label connect employees. I spoke to an agent by the name Mr. Adams and he sold my cellphone contract to me and he didn't let me believe that I am getting any other phone than that was sold to me, I knew actually what phone I was getting and what to expect. My phone was suppose to be delivered to my work adress but the courier company just missed me at work and they went the extra mile for me to deliver my phone at my house for me on the same day. I got my phone 2 days after my contract was approved. I noticed a few days after that my sim is not yet registered and I phoned the call center. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and advised me what to do and my sim was working and I am enjoying my phone. I was very sceptic after seeing all the bad reviews but I must say so far I had a pleasant experience with your company. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
