Grab the money and run!

I get a sales call for a cell phone contract, smoothly done no problem- after two weeks no communication regarding the contract confirmation, even though all went smoothly with the telephonic screening, and then their debit order goes off, on the stipulated date, still no communication from them, and then I try and call them, what a horrific experience, a very rude unhelpful gentleman answers, taking down my details, and promising an update on the issue- guess what no update, !! Emailing them,... no reply.... calling their other numbers,... the numbers just go dead on you or keeps on ringing, so please people stay away from this company,!!
