Given a contract with the phone that is never working

I got a contract from Blue Label Connect, assisted by a guy called Dumisani. The phone only worked for the first 3 months, it has been displaying a "no sim card"message since. I tried by all means to contact Blue Label Connect but in vain. Today i app**** for a contract again just for the consultants to call me so that i can go through to them. I explained my problem to the consultant and she asked me to hold while she gets Dumisani to talk me. The lady never nor Dumisani never came to answer the call until it cut off. They didn't bother to give me a call back. They don't have good customer service, they are only interested in our monthly payments. I need them to replace that phone and give me another phone.
