Give back my money

Said they would pay back the extra installment they took from my bank account. It's been 8 days since they would make the payment and im still waiting... they can't help me over the phone or on email. It doesn't help that you guys keep apologizing to the bad revievs on Hello Peter but nothing is done. I really don't understand how a company can run like this. Will I ever get my money back
