I took out an contract with blue lable connect it was a faulty device ik struggled for more then 3weeks to get hold of them they deducted r379 for an R1900 phone for 24 months I reported them on this site and the hot back to me telling that the courier will collect and phone is canceled a few days after that their send msg stating courier will phone me with date and time collecting courier did not contact me according to time and date and just pitched up I was still struggling with deleting my personal stuff due to phone freezes every time I asked him for a min but he went and said hell cone back next day its almost 2weeks later and the phone was not collected I'm changing my banking details coz they just deducting
