Game Store Card and Blue Label ****

I was contacted about 2 months ago from someone who claimed to be from RCS, and they said because I am such a loyal customer with payment on my Game Store Card, they're sending me a R500 gift voucher to spend on Dress Your Tech, first I thought it is too good to be true, so I tried it, and it worked, and I received the item, then about 2/3 weeks later I get another gift voucher, I tried it and it work, but then I noticed on my Game Store Card statement there is suddenly a subscription fee of R299 to Blue Label Connect, I bare no knowledge of that company and I definitely did not subscribe to anything, I do not know if Blue Label and Dress Your Tech is in this together or what **** this is. I contacted Game, they said I must phone Blue Label, I spoke to them, they said they will cancel and refund, a week later I still see charges on my new statement, so they already took R900 from my account + interest, I phoned again and they did not even find my cancelation reference number on their system, so they gave me another ref number, I sent emails, no response, I received my latest statement from Game today and still R299 added to my account, this is ***** and I want immediate assistance, this raised my monthly installment with more than R100 a month, I live on a very tight budget and I cannot afford any unnecessary costs. This needs to stop NOW!
