I took a contract from this company in 2019(which I regret)I wasn't happy with the device.i contacted them with numerous emails and phone calls et I failed to get hold of them.eventually I got them to get back to me they had the phone collected via courier and I never heard from them again other than to learn I am blacklisted for a phone that was never returned to me
