Furious

I have been receiving my Edgar's account statements and saw I am being billed for airtime I never received, my account was in arrears yes but now up to date, which means these fees has been added into my monthly instalment every month yet I don't get air time. I logged a call expecting the money to be refunded or reversed on y account or I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM. SERIOUSLY ****ED OFF WITH THIS PATHETIC SERVICE.
