Frustration × 10

Good day I have been struggling to get my numbers back i don't know for how long now, surely 5 months, with ups and downs from this company, in August i did call saying i would like to do a SIM swap since my puk number is also blocked, when i called a week ago the consultant said my number is now on prepaid i can call mtn and they will do it for me, when i called mtn, no my number is still registered with RMCS so they can not help me, i should call rmcs, am really frustrated i have been using that number for more than 10 years and don't want to use it
