frustrated

i am very frustrated and angry with this company no one is getting back to me regarding the cancellation of the contract i've spoken to Pumla twice and she told me i would be called but no one gets back to me and i am always told that i was called and i couldnt be reached and its a lie i have never been called back, i dont know what to do anymore with this company, isnt it ***** to sign someone up for the a contract they know nothing off who gave them the authority to do that.
