Frustrated

Hi I wrote a review about blue label connect not refunding my money I called them and they told me about 14 days I wrote a review and they called me back but now nothing is happening I haven't received my money tried calling them this morning and they told me about another 14 days that means it will be 28 days without them sending anything back they took my money 5 times and we agreed on 3 payments
