Good day. Please inveatigate. I bought myself a A7 and a prepaid vodacom card a year ago. 6 months ago RMCS contacted me to give me every month some "free" airtime but with great difficulty i got hold of them to stop it because i rather buy my own airtime and data. Up to now i bought R20 000. I phoned vodacome tonight to find out about international roamind when im going to namibia and a computer voice tpld me i own RMCS R782 118.79 and that in a years time and they going to deduct it next month. I didnt sighn a y contract. I didnt agree on anything verbally. I didnt get any cellphone. I didnt get any statements. I didnt get any notifications. Nothing! I pnly fond out tonoght that according to them that my phone is a contract phone. Which is not true because i paid myself R13 000 for my phone and i pay my own airtime and data. I dwffinitally disnt got R782 118.78 service that i can show to the world.
