<p>I have logged a query with edcon where a product called Jetmusic was activated on my jet account in January 2009 and since then a premium of R22 has been debited on my jet account. Logged query on the 18 June 2016 and I then received one call from a guy from rmcs who advice me that product was activated through sms reply not sales call as I requested actual call and he then advised the number activated that product is an 083 number I then advised I've never used MTN and definitely it wasn't me who activated that product till today I am still waiting for feedback from both rmcs and edcon. Can someone please tell me how and when will those funds be reversed.</p>
