********** CONTRACT // SIM SWAP
My phone was ****** and I went to do a sim swap at a Vodacom shop on the 26th of February 2022. I was told that I cannot do the sim swap because my sim card is on contract. I have a contract with Blue Label Connect - I am not aware of this company nor the alleged contract. I have never subscribed nor signed any contract with them
I am using a prepaid sim card. I do not have any contract with Blue Label Connect. I can't use my phone number at the moment and my life is at a standstill. I need to understand what contract they are referring to and who entered into the alleged contract - this is frustrating!

13 May 2022, 09:18I am still yet to receive a call from a consultant to "explain" - also not sure how one can go about explaining ********** behaviour. I asked the company to furnish me with details of their legal department and lo and behold - this company does not have a legal department. My insurance claim is at a standstill because of this company!
