<p>I would like to report a ***** that is being condoned by Vodacom through RMCS for converting my cell number into a contract with Vodacom RMCS without me signing any documentation and without my consent. They took away my caller ID, changed my price plan and keep on reducing my airtime every time I purchase air time. Countless times I reported the matter to Vodacom and they are not taking any initiative because they benefit from the expensive price plan from RMCS. I was also sent to Edgars to cancel the contract with RMCS but still they couldn’t assist me. So it seems Edgars (Absa), Vodacom, RMCS are all enjoying the fruits of this **** they are running together, hence nobody is willing to take initiative and cancel this ********** contracts. They are all protecting each other because they are benefiting from the over 40 000 contracts they have **********ly created.</p> <p>I want this ********** contract on my number cancelled ********** .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
