Imagine finding out your cellphone number you have is no longer yours and is now on contract for somebody else.Well all this can be made possible with this RMCS ****.

My number is printed on all marketing material and i am losing out on a lot of money. Money which is not just for me but also for my own family. Now after losing my phone i went to a Vodacom store to do a sim swop and to my surprise I found i am now with RMCS. I never signed or agreed to anything regarding this, but now i am inconvenienced by this ********** activity. I am told it will take 48 hours for investigation (called them on the 8/01/2018) but now i'm told its 48 working hours. Why should i adhere to their T's and C's if i never agreed to it. Nobody can give me the call recording (Which i find so funny as they tell you that all calls are recorded when you call in) or tell me where this contract was signed and by who?

The agent who did this is getting his commission where as i must sit here and lose out on money daily due to this. I want my number back as in yesterday as I have no idea who is calling me and i am getting mails from clients saying they cannot get a hold of me and some of them are even complaining about my service because of this RMCS ****.

Please ignore my rating as this company does not deserve a star but should be closed down as they have been ******** people for years even when i worked for Vodacom 4 years ago. How they stay open and keep on ******** people is beyond me. Its as if they belong to the ANC or part of the Guptas *******ion ****
